1. PROBLEM STATEMENT: I am getting black (dark grey) streaks (Photo attached) from my prints, both prints from file and photocopies.

2. ACTION TAKEN: I performed 'printer service > cleaning page'  multiple times but issue still persists.

3. OBESERVATION: Upon inspection, black (dark grey) streaks are observed on the following parts: (Photos attached) "Note: Terminologies used may be inaccurate, please refer to the image attached"

3(a) Imaging drum

3(b) Transfer roller

3(c) Transfer belt

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

Thanks for the reply.

 

To date, I have attempted to clean the 'dust' off and the prints appear clean.

I am suspecting a possible overflow from the waste toner container.

Is there a waste toner container in the printer model HP LaserJet 100 color M175nw ?

Can you advise on how I can locate/access the waste toner container?

 

I would like to attempt resolving the matter at hand independently, if possible.

If necessary, I'll contact the local region service team as advised.
