Operating System: Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

Has anyone an idea how to help with the following?

 

New to instant ink. Everything worked yesterday after setup.

At 3am this morning printer had message "you are no longer subscribed to instant ink". I happened to be up and noticed the instense flashing.

This evening the printer updated its firmware.

Printer will scan to mac running El Capitan and will also copy.

I can print from my iphone running ios 12.1.3.

Two macs can both print test pages from the HP printer utility which we installed yseterday.

Neither of the two macs can print from any software. Message is "printer not connected".

All pages printed and copied are showing in my instant ink account. 

 

Any ideas?

Do you have any antivirus software installed on your Mac?

What's the make and model of your WiFi router?

Approximately how far is the printer located from the WiFi router?

Could you check for WiFi interference and also perform a ping test using the Mac Network Utility and let me know the results. Use the printer IP address to perform a ping test, the printer IP can be located by touching the wireless icon on the printer display.
