HP DeskJet GT 5820 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi;

My GT 5820 was working very good , but suddenly all ligths started blinking , witn "only" the E word en the panel of errors (no numbers), and now  doesn´t works.

Sometimes I get fix it for a short moment , and print one page and ..again all ligths blinking. (I "fix" using some tips that I found in Internet : unplug , combine push  keys Cancel+ Start, etc) , but I needed to repeat some times, seems ramdom, and then the error return.

I saw some identical posts ( like https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-DeskJet-GT-5820-all-ligh... ) , and the final answer is in a "Private message" . I mean ..Not  public answer .. Why? Is some kind of planned obsolescence ?

Please, someone can help me?

 Thanks in advance
