HP ENVY 110 e-All-in-One Printer - D411a

I bought an ink cartridge from HP.com to replace the spent black ink cartridge for my Envy 110. When I insert this new cartridge, it says "The following cartridges are not intended for use in this printer." I removed and inserted the cartridge a couple of times, and also tried unplugging the printer for 60 seconds and turning it back on but the error persists.

What is happening here? The cartridge I bought was recommended by the HP.com purchase page. It is "HP 60 Black Original Ink Cartridge, CC640WN#140". I am unable to perform alignment or cleaning as the setup is stuck hard on the incompatible cartridge error. Is this not compatible with Envy 110???

I have the exact same issue and I am on the HP ink program...1st batch received charging my account and getting error messages as well as doing the same steps as you...virtual assistance does not work and no where to contact anyone unless you pay to chat with a live person...Total BS!
