HP OfficeJet Pro 8023 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

10 minutes after turning on the printer, the buttons flash non-stop and nothing can be done including scanning, printing, copying ... everything is stuck.
Only after booting the printer does it return to normal and work normally but 10 minutes after I do not use it it returns to the state of the flashing buttons.

In addition I occasionally get EROR on the monitor which is: B343EC67
After checking the forum it was listed that I needed to update a printer, I updated the printer but it did not help.

I will thank you if you help me

@abdalevi, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. Check if you can bypass the error to access the home screen of the printer.

If yes, let us try this:

Go to Setup > Tools > Restore to factory defaults

If this does not help, let us perform a semi-full reset

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
  • In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
