HP 2700

Using HP 2700
Was using HP Instant Ink -- my ink ran out and never got replacement.
So purchased new cartridges, and cancelled Instant Ink.
Also, I am connecting printer via cable.
I was actually using it this way for a while (few weeks).
Now Info light blinks and can't get it to stop - it prevents me from printing.
Info page says I cannot use Instant Ink cartridges -- I am not.
Says I am not connected to internet -- don't need to, as I am connected via cable.
My computer does see the printer, and says it is ready -- it is not, as that stupid info light is blinking.
Anyone have any words of wisdom?

If you have canceled your instant ink and are unable to use HP regular cartridges, here's what you need to know & do:

 

If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.

 

That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

 

when done successfully, check if it works fine.
