HP Latex 570 uninitialized
The printer is connected to the network and is able to be pinged and also file sharing between the printer and Thrive Rip Queue, however the printer does not Initialize and the function to turn the printer offline / online and printer specific information is not there. 
I have tried restarting the network , turning it off and on again, unplugging it , leaving it off for extended time. 

please help

Hi Oliver,

 

You need to delete the printer and Reinstall the printer to onyx
