Hello,

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 printer.

The screen shows:

Update Required - A problem has occured with one of the printer's critical system files. A printer updatewill be installed to fix this problem. All the buttons on the screen do not work.

If I turn it off and on again, nothing changes. I tried using HPEasyStart but it can't find it.

What can I do? They told me there is a spbp00000hphz program which allows you to reset the firmware but I can't find it.

Can anyone help me?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Since none of the buttons are responding on your Printer, there's nothing much we can do here.

 

You can try connecting the Printer to another wall out directly.

 

If the issue still persists, I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
