Product: HP OfficeJet 9020

Running MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1

HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 won't print more than 2 pages of a multi-page document without a message that the output tray is full.

 

When I entered the basic problem, the suggestion was to update the Firmware.

I tried upgrading the Firmware, but got a message was that the Firmware Updater does not contain upgrades for my device.

 

Please advise.
