Hi, my HP 7610 is printing far too much red. As an artist this is one serious problem. It used to be fine, but the past couple of months it has gone way overboard to the red tones. I have been trying to adjust this by using photo editors, but I end up losing a lot depth in  my original colours...... Advice would be greatly appreciated.... Many thanks......... Jac

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you trying to print from a mobile device or from a computer?
  • What's the operating system installed?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/product/hp-officejet-7610-wide-format-e-all-in-one-series/5153788/model... Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Office jet 7610 Wide Format e-All-in-One Printer Series.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi.
I have tried using a laptop with Windows 10 and a Chromebook using Chrome OS. Both have the same outcome.....

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778  and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:  www.hp.com/contacthp/
