Hi @Texasgirl3 ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to remove a question mark displaying on the screen of your HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-In-One Printer, try these steps:

  • Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve minor display issues. Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Check for Error Messages: The question mark might indicate an underlying issue. Check if there are any error messages displayed alongside the question mark. If there are error messages, note them down, as they can help diagnose the problem.
  • Check Printer Connections: Ensure that all cables connecting the printer to the power source and to your computer or network are securely plugged in. Loose connections can sometimes cause display issues.
  • Update Printer Firmware: Visit the HP support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. Updating the firmware can resolve software-related issues and improve printer performance. Update the firmware on an HP printer
  • Reset the Printer: If the question mark persists, try resetting the printer to its factory settings. Refer to the printer's user manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.

I hope this helps.
