When i try to print a demo page my HP3525n start to print. Picks up the page but does not print and the page is folded in 3 or 4 parts in wide and is pushed out automatically. I do'n't know where to look for. It happens when using paper tray 1 and 2

There is no printing on the page and after page is out it gives the message clearing paperoute

Sounds like some feed rollers or fuser may be not turning properly. Can you post a picture?

I seems that the paper goes directly into the fuser but is not transported properly. Is this the right route? Or should the paper first go through the otb belt and then through the fuser?

the paper is stuck in the fuser gets folded and than is pushed out

The paper makes a straight trip from the paper tray into the fuser and out. The image is transferred to the paper from the transfer belt as the paper moves up. Can you post a picture of the side of the printer with that sheet of paper removed please. I have a feeling that either the transfer roller and feed rollers on the part that drops down when you open the side are not rotating. You indicate it does eject the page which would lead one to think that the fuser is rotating.

what i see is that the paper is directly ejected instead of returning through the printer after passing the fuser. I tried a another fuser and other otb but same problem

Did you have any suggestions?

This type of defect is usually the result of a component not rotating. Using either a white paint marker or liquid paper, make a tiny dot on the transfer roller and fuser gears so you Can see if it moves when you startup the printer. My guess is that the fuser is not rotating smoothly due to a gear not interfacing properly due to a damaged tooth.
