How laser jet pro m304-305
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need help to be able to print with my hp laser jet pro m304-305 but I downloaded a software from HP support which whenever I tried to install it shows THIS APP CANT RUN ON YOUR PC....TO FIND A VERSION FOR YOUR PC, CHECK WITH THE SOFTWARE PUBLISHER.

 

The downloaded app is ...1) hp Easy Start_11_5_4644_17

 

2) LJM304-M305_U_Full_WebPack_48.3.4530

Please clarify your exact OS version, is it Windows 10 or maybe Windows 10 in S mode by any chance?

 

Right-click the Start button and select System.

Scroll down to the bottom Windows Specifications section and add a screenshot of the information shown there.
