I got a new printer (107w) First day, I watched a video about wifi connection on YouTube. A guy removed that labels, so I did same thing. And then, I don't know Why I did this.. Is this situation got me a problem for future? Is this labels so important for print job?

Now, working correctly. But I was had a problem about wifi connection. This problem has been solved but I wonder what is labels tasks about printing?

Those two labels as you call them are there to ensure that printed paper does not curl up and jam or get pushed onto the floor. Really only a problem in areas with extremely low humidity where large amounts of static are generated.
