I saw in product description that MFP M26a is able to print on Labels paper but after inserting the labels on the tray, adjusting the paper option (in my pc) to labels, it didn’t print, it didn’t make any printing sound either. After that, I decided to to take the labels out, put the normal printing paper in, adjusted paper option and tried to print another thing, it still didn’t print. I felt like the ‘Labels’ thing just broke the printer system.
I apologize if you couldn’t understand because it’s the first time that I’m using printer.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- In the Envelopes and Labels window, click Options, select your label brand from the Label vendors menu, select the Product number, and then click OK.
Note: To learn more about printing labels with the Mail Merge feature, go to Microsoft Office: Create and print labels using mail merge.
Kindly click here to know how to print on labels. Refer to this document to know how to load papers in the printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
