Just bought the HP Officejet Pro X476 dw and have worked on it for 4 days trying to get it hooked up to the wireless with no luck. Restored it back to the factory defaults and have called the internet provider (which is working just fine) and still not connected. Every time it says that it is invalid WPA passphrase and does not match. What do I do now?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details). If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

I'm sorry you are having trouble getting your printer connected to your network and am curious as to your internet provider and router brand and model. Please reply with that information if one of the following doesn't work.
A few things to try:
1. Try to update the FW on the printer (plug it in with ethernet and check for a FW update).
2. Connect the printer with a USB cable to one of your wireless PCs or wireless laptops. Run the HP install/setup utility. (you can download it from hp.com)
3. Change your router security type to WEP. Sometimes that fixes this type of issue. (This will make your network slightly less secure.)
Some other information that would be good to know:
What methods have you used to try to connect the printer?
(Wireless Wizard on the printer)
(WPS)
(Software from a wireless laptop)
Sometimes it takes several posts back and forth to get to a solution - please be patient.
