HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

Hello my HP officejet Pro 8610 has an error that reads printhead missing undetected or installed wrong. So I bought a new one and replaced it but it still didn’t fix the problem. When I reset it the error warning is gone but now it won’t do anything

I'd be happy to help you! 

Let's try to reset the Printer here:

 

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.


This looks like a hardware issue, as after replacing the print head, the issue still persists. I recommend you contact phone support for repair/replacement or other options.
