I received the following message on my HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer stating, A problem has occurred with your HP account and you will be unable to print until the issue is resolved. I need to know how to fix this.

Do you subscribe to the HP Instant Ink service?  Are there any INstant Ink cartridges in the printer?
