Product: HP DeskJet GT 5820 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have bought a printhead replacement kit because the black cartridge stopped being recognized (color was also broken way back before but printer kept working so i just printed black on it). I followed replacement procedure, everything went smoothly and was able to reach the alignment part of the procedure but then suddenly the printer went into error with the new black printhead led light error blinking. Tricolor printhead was accepted. Tried factory resetting but black still gets unrecognized.
