hp office jet Pro 8600
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hp Officejet Pro 8600.

new black ink cartridge loaded correctly.

3 other color ink cartridge did not indicate they need changing.

Message reads” ink cartridge depleted”

and “Depleted cartridges must be replaced to resume printing”

Everything I have read and watched on YouTube says all cartridges do not have to be changed at the same time.

Suggestions please.

If you insert your old black ink cartridge, do you still get the error message? If yes, try these steps:https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8600-e-all-in-one-printer-series-n911/4322914/...

 

If no, you could either return the defective cartridge to the store/website you purchased it from or contact the HP Support Team regarding this.
