HP Officejet 3830

Printer was working fine. Now I'm getting 'attention required' when trying to printing. I tried removing the printer & adding both USB & Wireless & still getting the problem. It finds the connection & adds the printer on the network without any problem. But within a few seconds after adding it goes to attention required I uploaded new drivers & still NO luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

I see that your HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer is not connecting to the wi-fi network.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to connect using USB cable and then change it to wireless.

Step 1: Connect using USB cable:

Please follow the steps in this document to connect the printer using the USB cable.

 

Step 2: Change from a USB connection to wireless:

Please follow the steps in this document to change from a USB connection to a wireless network.
