HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer error. I installed a new ink cartridge as it said it was out. The new one installed was a factory cartridge, but it said it was bad. I tossed it and was going to get rid of the printer, but decided to buy a new cartridge and it appeared to install, but now I’m getting the following message vs the message to replace the Cayan cartridge. “There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.” It seems that my warranty is up, so I’m unable to communicate with anyone on it. I tried cleaning all copper chip connectors and turning off and on and it won’t fix the issue. If I put the old cartridge back, it says the Cayan has been depleted.
