There is ink in the cartridges, took them out and did the 20 second press, it shows they are at 50%. Did alignment, cleaning, & test page. They all come out blank??

It is most likely the ink cartridges.
Inkjets need to be used at least once every 5-7 days.
If you do not need color then this printer will print with only b/w cartridge installed.

You can try soaking just the printheads in a 1/4 inch of hot water for a few minutes b4 drying them.
If you see any ink in the water try printing.

Sorry for the delay getting back to you, I had a bad case of gout. I did soak the cartridges, as soon as i put them in the water ink did show up. I dried them put them in the printer, it did print a little better, everything looked light green. I cleaned the heads doing cleaning 1 & 2. Test came out looking bad. Do you think it is the cartridges? I hate to go out and buy new ones and have the same problem. Could go out and buy a cheap printer, for the cost of ink. These are the original cartridges that came with printer, I know these are different then the ones you buy to replace them.
