I am using an HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-In-One printer. Printer does not complete print job.  When I hit the print button, I get a progress bar, but then nothing happens and I get a message that states "Print Cancelled.  Print job has been cancelled."

Have you tried resetting your printer? This is the first thing you can try, this video shows you how:
