Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Print jobs sent to printer, the printer prepares to print and hangs. The display screen shows a rotating blue and gray circle on a light gray screen.  The printer is networked to a few PC's.  All the spooled jobs have been cleared.  I reinstalled the drivers and printer.  This happens also when copying on the printer.  There are no errors.  The machine has run well for years and has decided to quite
