Hi @Ksan65,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you've already replaced the printhead and are still encountering the error code Oxc19a0023 on your HP printer, there could be a few other potential causes for the issue.

  • Printer Firmware Issue: Sometimes, outdated firmware can cause errors. Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. You can usually find firmware updates on the HP website.
  • Ink Cartridge Issue: Check if all your ink cartridges are properly installed and not empty. Even if one cartridge is empty or improperly installed, it can cause errors.
  • Printer Connections: Make sure all cables connecting your printer to the computer or network are securely plugged in. If you're using a wireless connection, ensure that your printer is connected to the correct network.
  • Printer Drivers: Ensure that your printer drivers are up to date. Outdated or corrupt drivers can sometimes cause communication errors between the printer and the computer.
  • Print Head Contacts: Inspect the contacts on the printer where the printhead connects to ensure they are clean and free from any debris or ink residue.
  • Reset the Printer: Try resetting your printer. Turn it off, unplug it from the power source, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
