Product: HP pro 8610

Good morning.  I have a message on my HP OfficeJet Pro  8 610 that reads printhead appears to be missing, not detected, or incorrectly installed error code 0XC19A0003    I’ve turned off and unplugged open closed removed  no paper jam and nothing seems to be working first time experiencing this error
