HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
Microsoft Windows 11

Yesterday I replaced two color ink cartridges, Yellow and Cyan for my officejet printer. And now I have an error message on my printer that says, "There is a problem with the printer or ink system." I've done all of the suggestions it recommends. Turning off and turning back on my printer. Including turning off the printer and unplugging it. Nothing has worked. Now here's something I have noticed. On my laptop, with HPs Support Assistant for both my laptop and printer. The printer ink levels shows that the yellow ink cartridge is full. HOWEVER!!! The Cyan ink cartridge shows that about 3/4s of the cartridge has been depleted. NOW!!! Is it possible that the Cyan cartridge that I bought with all of the other ink cartridges back in February through Walmart defective? Because to me that sounds like a possibility. The Cyan cartridge should be full. along with the yellow cartridge, and not 3/4ths depleted.

If you have performed all the steps mentioned in this document and still having issues, then the printer needs to be checked.

I have done most of those things in the "document" described. However, I am waiting for a new H.P. Cyan ink cartridge to be delivered. Then I'll see. As I said in my original post, I have bought new ink cartridges for my printer. The colors Magenta and Yellow are working. It's only the Cyan that, to me, is probably not working right. As soon as I get the new Cyan ink cartridge, and inserted into my printer, then I'll see.

The newer ink cartridge didn't work either Elohi. Is there anyway I can reset the printer wirelessly to original factory settings from my laptop? I have an HP 15 Windows 11 laptop PC product number 8ZE47AV.
