I get the message "there is a problem with the printer or the ink system". "Turn printer off then on." If the problem persists, contact HP"

I understand that you are facing issues with the ink system failure.

 

This looks like a hardware issue. However, if you have performed the steps from this document and still having issues, I recommend you contact phone support for further assistance.
