Product: HP ENVY 4500 e

I have a used HP ENVY 4500 e that has the ink cartridges put in upside down and backwards. How do I remove the cartridges?

Hi, 

Not sure of you able 5o snap in cartridge in wrong direction as the design is poke yoke (if yes, appreciate share an image?)
