Unable to print 2-sided mode from Iphone (able to print from laptop)

please help: I am unable to print 2-sided mode from iphone. It is able to print this mode from laptop. This problem just happened 1 week ago. My printer is Laserjet Pro 4003dw

According to the user manual, 2-sided printing is mentioned as supported on Pages 19-23

HP LaserJet Pro 4003 - User Guide

Unless the paper size / type has been changed to an unsupported paper size or type -- or needs to be checked / adjusted -- the two sided print option should continue to be available using HP Smart in your supported iPhone.

Assuming that your settings are correct, are you seeing an error message where the Print Options should include 2-sided printing?

Example - HP Smart - Mobile (iOS / iPadOS) - Print > Transform > Print Options
