Product: Officejet pro 6830

Purchased an black ink cartridge from Amazon that never worked.  Replaced it with a new HP cartridge and it still didn't work.  Just bought brand new color and ink cartridges and still nothing.  I've tried the setting to clean the printer head and factory reset the printer.  Turned off, unplugged for several minutes, and wiped the mesh under the black ink cartridge with a cloth.  Nothing has worked.

It has no error messages.
