My HP C4680 photosmart printer has been acting "funky".  I usually leave it sitting on, and lately it's been doing some internal noise-producing (beeps, mainly) when it is not being used.  Then the touch pad froze.  So, to try to reset the printer, I turned it off.   And now it won't turn back on!  I've tried both short and long presses on the on button but it just sits there.  I also pulled out the power cord and reset the cord, but still it just sits there.

Do you have any suggestions?

No, sorry.  It appears your printer has failed.

Well, luckily I have another printer that I can replace it with, but still is frustrating.  Thanks for your help.
