Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn

I just bought a new HP LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn printer from an HP reseller in the Philippines.  Apparently this printer should have been shipped to either Africa, Russia or the Middle East, but not the Philippines.  It will only accept a HP59A toner cartridge and not the 'standard for Asia' HP76A toner cartridge.  Even during the initial setup the Philippines was not one of the counties listed as a choice, nor were any other countries in Asia.  Russia, several countries in the Middle East, and several African countries were the only choices.  All of my other HP 428's accept and use the HP76A cartridge, which is readily available here in the Philippines.  The HP59A cartridge is impossible to get here.  Does anyone know how to change my printer's current region to the Asia region?  Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
