Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

installed new cartridges, ran all 4 clean printheads available in maintenance, ran printhead alignment that shows successful on monitor and unsuccessful on actual printer screen.  blues and greens in the test page are messed up and sometimes non-existant.
