envy 4500 prints and scans from 2 pc' (wireless) will scan from my wont print

have hp envy 4500

3 laptops windows 8,windows 7 home, wndows 7 pro,all  using wireless connection

windows 8  prints/scans fine

windows 7 home prints/scans fine

-my pc windows 7 pro i can scan from and to the printer but wont print shows its printing but disapears

-have deleted/reinstalled all software and drivers several times (lierally)

-try to run hp doctor get error saying  program has stopped and will close

-trying to start hp network device support in services getting error 126: the specified module cannot be found

-looking up devices and printer and shows nothing (blank)

-print spooler is active and started

-I think I left more stuff out

can i delete all hp references from the registry and start over, probably a lot of left overs from previous hp printer models

downloaded ,installed print doctor .... get error "print doctor encountered a problem and will close"

will install wont run

Kindly check if there are any windows update waiting to be installed. 

Click on START , POWER icon. Install n restart the pc.
