printer doesn't see network I wish to connect to

We have 2 networks on our Comcast system. The printer only sees one of them. I want to connect it to the 5G network, but it doesn't see it

This printer does not support 5G network.

Wi Fi Direct	Wireless device
Near field communication (NFC)	N/A
Front USB port	OfficeJet Pro 6970 All-in-One Printer series

Set your router to broadcast on both 2.4GHz and 5GHz.

Set a separate SSID (network name) for each (2.4GHz and 5GHz).

Connect the printer to the correct network (2.4GHz).

Example

SSID (network name) for 2.4GHz = My24Network

SSID (network name) for 5GHz = My5Network
