thank you message from ink supply on display screen will not turn off after hitting ok tab. restarting does not remove. cannot get to the main  display screen.

I have auto updates set, and appears was last updated on 8/23/2021 with a build name of :  

MANHTNPP1N002.2135A.00

 

I can “trick” the device to get to other menu pages by opening front panel and hide the door open error. 

web services work fine.
