HP ENVY Pro 6458 All-in-One Printer

Hi, 

 

I have tried to reset the printer, change the ink and even scan the images on before printing them. No matter what I seem to do the prints keep coming back with streaks throughout the images, making the words impossible to read and the images nearly invisible. Everytime I run the diagnostics they say that there is no error with the printer. 

 

Please let me know how to resolve this issue,
