I am trying to scan from my printer and keep getting error messages sayin unable to connect to web services check internet access. I have internet access and also have tried entering a new manual IP address. Keeps saying try again or enter proxy. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

 

I have used this scan before but just all of a sudden getting these messages

Hi,

From a Windows PC, download and install the latest printer update to restore web services connectivity:

http://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/HP-Photosmart-7520-e-All-in-One-Printer-se...

 

Restart your printer once completing and try using Web Services again.
