Can my Poly Phone running UC or PVOS  Software play a tone when the other end hangs up?
 

Since VVX UC Software 5.5.1 or later we have a new parameter that allows the remote end ending the call to trigger the local phone to play a tone

 

Configuration parameters
 

 

Parameter Default Change to
call.remoteDisconnect.toneType silent misc2

 

Simply download the attached and unzip the configuration and then import via the Web Interface:

Utilities > Import & Export Configuration > Choose File > Import
