Pavillion All-in-One 24
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a brand new HP Pavillion All-in-One Desktop that I opened yesterday from BestBuy.  The monitor is slighted crooked.  Is there a way to adjust it?  I've seen other posts of this problem from last year.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.

Thank you for the additional information, @smayway!  However, you gave me the Product I.D.  I need the Product Number.  It will be 7 letters and numbers.

Unfortunately, HP hasn't provided a manual for the AIO in it Product Specifications.  This is where you would find instructions for adjusting the stand of the monitor.  I suggest that you contact BestBuy to see what they have to say.

they will let me exchange it for a new one.  It came out of the box defective and with the warped bottom of the display, I suspect it isn't something that can be adjusted.  Hopefully a new one will not have the same defect.  thank you!
