Please add ability to include timestamp in the file names of documents scanned from the HP printers

For many HP printers the FW does not allow to define that scans that were initiated from the printer will get time and date as part of the scanned file name.

This is relevant to HP LaserJet MFP M227fdw but also to many other HP printers.

Scanning or to initiate the scan from the computer using a scan program is not the desired solution.

I want to be able to configure the printer's scan settings to have this option available on all scans that were triggered from the printer.

The scanned files end up on a network files system.

Very simply one could mean - technology exists since decades and is also available at some HP printers, I think.

Please allow using time and date "wildcards" in addition to the user text such as someUserPrefixText%YYYY%mm%dd%HH%mm%ss_%05cnt_SomeUserPostfixText or similar approach that will support timestamps.

eg. the following file names

hp227_scan_%YYYY-%mm-%dd%-HH%mm%ss => will result in:

hp227_scan_2022-02-26-182225.pdf

hp227_scan_%05cnt  => will result in:

hp227_scan_00001.pdf

hp227_scan_00002.pdf

hp227_scan_00003.pdf

Note: The latter option is implemented in the current FW of the printer but timestamp is not supported and the number of digits for the counter can't be set. In addition, after moving some files from the folder, the printer will use the index of the used files and this will cause new files to be mixed with old scanned files - which is bad.

Also since the scan timestamp will not be part of the file-names this makes the handling of the scanned files hard to maintain.

Can this simple but important feature be added to the next FW release of the HP printers, especially the GP LaserJet MFP M227fdw but other models as well?
