For No reason at all about every 10 minutes my printer will start printing recipes from 'allrecipes.com'.   I've deleted and uninstalled all files with anything connected to 'allrecipes.com, Yet everytime I turn on my printer, and every 10 minutes thereafter here come the recipes. I expect  I've got some hidden file or program somewhere, but where????

Alright, since you didn't say you are using Instant Ink or ePrint, this should resolve your issue:

  1. On the printer click on the web services icon that looks like a tablet with a phone beside it.
  2. Press the minus button beside Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Remove Web Services and press OK.

Please let me know if this stops the prints. If it does, please click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.

Hey @jimboV,

I see that your Envy 4500 e-All-in-One Printer is printing from a website constantly. I can help you with that, however I am going to need more information first. Please let me know if you are using Instant Ink or ePrint on the printer. If you are using ePrint, please let me know if the printer has a customized ePrint address or a random ePrint address. Once I know this I will be better able to assist you.

OK Doc,

I will try that. And since I had an eprint address, I assumed that I was using eprint.

Thanx again for the help.
