Officejet 6500A Plus

I would like to know how to celar the call history please. I have cleared the fax history, and restored the factory settings (Settings > Tools >) but on powering up again the call history with all the phone numbers is still there.

I understand that you are having some issues with clearing the history on your Officejet 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer. I can help you with that.

 

I am going to send you some directions outlining how to perform a factory reset on your printer. If you check your forum inbox you should see it in a private message shortly.
