Unboxed a new Poly Studio X30 with TC8 tablet, and the firmware is running release 3.0.0 which is apparently too old to update via the webdashboard. How do we get it updated? I am seeing something about being able to download 3.2.1 onto and then being able to update from there to newer versions via the webdashboard, but have no idea where to download the firmware, and how to apply it to the hardware.

I have made it from version 3.0.0. to 3.2, to 3.4. But the Polycom Support Site update still does not see an update for the TC8 tablet from 3.4. What is the next URL for 3.8?
