Hi again,
Well I can inform you that microsoft have not released any new driver to solve this issue with the newest driver there are out atm. I have checked this models touchpad version and it's not supported by windows 10.
But.
I found this driver from synaptics website. I do not know if it works. But its the last result I know. You can try and download + install it and hope it solves the problem. For I really hope.
Thanks.

Hallo Göcke,
I would like you test this driver. It for your computer but a windows 8.
First I would like you download this dirver(Do not install it yet) Link: http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp58501-59000/sp58728.exe
Go into Device manager, Right click on the windows icon in the lower left cornor. After that press on deive manager. Dubble click on Mice and other pointing devices find the touchpad driver and right click on it and press uninstall. Add a "x" in the checkbox and press OK. when it's gone please search for SP58501 and install it. Restart the computer after and see if that works.
I really hope 🙂
Thanks

Hi Zincas
Ive tested the the newest synaptic driver you gave me. , but this driver close/lock the keyboard and was terible in the menue.
its for tablets like surface . with big buttons and so.
and now are we bak to the begining, I have instal the new Microsoft uppdate synaptic clickpad v19.0.12.98.
and have closed all futured to only be dubbelklick and hole platt as area. and unmark the "scroll the contents of inactive windows when the cursor is over" in windows own mouse/pointing devise windows .
and dont user standard/defaults only the minimum for the divice to work..
Thanks Zincas
