My HP Officejet Pro 6978 printer cannot print cyan properly.
First, it gradually fades out. Then, just very light strip lines.
The cartridge is full.
Have cleaned the printhead for 3 continuous times.
Have cleaned the smear.
Everything have been fully upgraded.
Anything I can do to fix the printer? Thank you!
