Problem: I am getting white streaks as show in the sample. Also, after printing, imaging drum and the roller appears dirty.
Question:
1.Could white streak be caused by dirty imaging drum?
2. What would cause dirty imaging drum not cleaning properly?
3. Or what causeswhite streaks as show in the photo?

While lines in colors indicates that toner is not being applied evenly across the drum and this is usually either a drum or a mag roller issue. As the stripes are through all colors then it is quite possible that you need to replace the imaging drum. If the lines were only on one color it would suggest that you had a bad toner.

Thanks for the explanation.
It makes sense that there is issue with the imaging drum assembly.
Are all imaging drums inter-compatible? Do I have to get an exact replacement for my printer?
