I've been connected to my printer wirelessly with no problem for over a month. Last week we had a power outtage for about 3 seconds, causing everything in the building to shut down, except for my laptop of course. After the printer came back up, I tried to print something and it wouldn't let me although it was connected to the internet and so is my laptop. I've restarded everything to see if i can reconnect it, but nothing will work so far. When i go to my devices and printers, it says the network is connected, but the status says " Driver is unavailable." I am not sure if that matters, but since then i have been using my printer with a usb port. and also, i can print to the other printer wirelessly in the office, but not mine.

Hey @syd0715,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I see that you are having some issues with printing from your PC to your Officejet 8625 e-All-in-One Printer. I can help you with that, however I am going to need to know which version of Windows you have first. Once I know that I will be better able to assist you.
